Terms of Service
Last updated 21 July 2026
These terms govern your use of TreeBranch. TreeBranch is operated by Green Grove Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as TreeBranch (“TreeBranch”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and “you” means that organization.
What TreeBranch does
TreeBranch answers questions about your event across the channels you connect — a website chat widget, email, and social messaging — using a knowledge base you supply. It drafts replies, and depending on your settings either presents them for your approval or sends them on your instruction. It also provides planning, budgeting and reporting tools.
Features described as coming soon are not part of what you are buying today. We may add, change or remove features; if we remove something material to your use, we will tell you.
Your account
You need an account to use TreeBranch, and you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
Your responsibilities
TreeBranch acts on your behalf. Several things follow from that, and they are the most important terms on this page:
You control what gets sent
You decide which channels are connected, which events are live, and which messages go out. Where a message requires your approval, nothing is sent until you approve it. Where you enable automated replies, you are authorising us to send those replies on your behalf, and you remain responsible for them.
Outbound communication to vendors, sponsors and other business contacts always requires your explicit approval. We do not send those automatically under any setting.
Your knowledge base is your content
The assistant answers from what you give it. If your knowledge base is wrong, out of date or incomplete, the answers will be too. Keep it accurate — particularly anything people rely on, such as times, prices, access, safety and refund information.
You are responsible for the law that applies to your messaging
You must have the right to contact the people you contact through TreeBranch, and to upload the content you upload. That includes obtaining any consent required for marketing messages, honouring opt-outs, and complying with the rules of the platforms you connect. You are the controller of your attendees’ data; we process it for you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Send spam, or messages to people who have not consented or who have opted out
- Use TreeBranch to deceive people about who they are talking to, or to impersonate someone else
- Upload content you do not have the rights to, or that is unlawful, harassing or infringing
- Attempt to break, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service, or circumvent usage limits
- Resell or provide the service to third parties except as your own events require
- Use the service to build a competing product, or to extract our models or prompts
We may suspend an account that is causing harm, breaking these rules, or putting the service or other customers at risk. Where circumstances allow, we will contact you first.
Connected third-party accounts
Connecting Google, Microsoft or Meta accounts is optional and under your control. Your use of those services remains governed by their terms. You can disconnect at any time, and those providers can restrict or revoke access independently of us — if that happens, the affected features stop working through no fault of either of us.
Plans, billing and cancellation
Subscriptions
TreeBranch is sold as a monthly or annual subscription. Current plans, prices, included limits and add-ons are on our pricing page, which forms part of these terms. Annual plans are billed once for the year. Fees are in US dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes.
Free trial
New accounts may start with a free trial. A payment method is required at signup. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and the first payment is taken then.
Usage limits
Each plan includes an allowance of AI responses per billing cycle. A response is any AI-generated reply on any channel, and drafts prepared for your review count the same as messages that are sent — they are counted when generated. Allowances reset each cycle and do not roll over.
When you reach your allowance the assistant pauses rather than billing you for overage. We never charge you automatically for exceeding a limit. You can upgrade, or buy a one-time response pack that applies to the current cycle. Automatic top-ups happen only if you explicitly turn them on.
Add-ons
Add-ons such as extra events or monitoring are charged per unit and adjust your recurring subscription when you enable or disable them. One-time purchases, such as response packs, are charged immediately and are not recurring.
Renewal, cancellation and hibernation
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then.
Instead of cancelling, you can hibernate: billing drops to the hibernation rate, the assistant and channels go inactive, and your data, knowledge base and settings are preserved for when your next event comes round.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where we decide otherwise at our discretion. If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend the account until it succeeds.
Price changes
We may change prices. Changes take effect at your next renewal, and we will give you at least 30 days’ notice. If you do not accept a change, cancel before it takes effect.
AI-generated content
TreeBranch uses AI models to draft replies and other content. This matters, so plainly:
- AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently mistaken, even when the underlying knowledge base is correct.
- You are responsible for reviewing anything that carries consequences before it goes out.
- We do not warrant that generated content is accurate, appropriate, or fit for any particular purpose.
- Where you enable automated replies, you accept that messages will be sent without a human reading them first, and you accept responsibility for those messages.
Ownership
You keep all rights to your content — your knowledge base, event details, and the messages in your account. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and transmit it in order to run the service for you, including sending it to the AI providers that generate answers.
We keep all rights to TreeBranch itself: the software, models, prompts, designs and brand. Nothing here transfers those to you.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will deliver any particular result — including any level of ticket sales, attendance, engagement or response quality.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, even if advised such damages were possible.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless Green Grove Holdings LLC and its officers and employees against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the service, your messaging to third parties, or your breach of these terms.
Termination
You can stop using TreeBranch and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these terms, or where required by law.
On termination your right to use the service ends. Export your data before you go — see our Privacy Policy for how long we keep it afterwards and how to have it deleted sooner.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will update the date at the top, and for material changes we will notify account holders. Continuing to use TreeBranch after a change takes effect means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and both parties consent to venue there.
General
These terms, together with the pricing page and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of the business.
